Whether it is a first contact, questions about care at home or a get-to-know-you conversation: here you reserve a binding 60 minutes with our care team. Only times that are really free are shown — checked against all visits already planned and against our team's holiday and sick days.

You need no account and no paperwork. Name and phone number are enough; your address and what it is about help us prepare the appointment. After booking, the appointment appears immediately in our route plan and our on-call service is notified.

If something comes up, just give us a call — we will move the appointment. Advice in German, English and Russian.

How online booking works

Only genuinely free times are shown: checked against the route plan and the team's holiday and sick days.
A consultation lasts 60 minutes and is free of charge and without obligation.
Appointments can be booked from tomorrow up to four weeks in advance.
The booking takes effect immediately — no waiting loop, no call-back confirmation needed.

Pick a time: The times shown are checked against our duty roster to the half hour — what you see is genuinely free.

Does the consultation cost anything?

No. The conversation is free of charge and without obligation — it does not commit you to signing a care contract.

Can I cancel or reschedule the appointment?

Yes, at any time by phone. Call us on the number in the page footer; we will find a new time together.

What happens to my details?

They are stored solely to prepare and carry out the appointment and are not passed on to third parties. Details are in the privacy policy.

I cannot find a suitable slot — what now?

Give us a call or use the call-back request on the home page. Short-notice same-day appointments are always arranged by phone.
